Warranty Agreement

Any product or service from this website has a 6 month warranty for any repair(s) or replacement(s) provided that there is proof of purchase from this business (receipt, email, pictures, shipping info, and documents). Shipping/transportation fees are separate from the cost of products and services. Shipping price will vary based on location and shipping time.

Terms Of Service

When making a purchase from AWM Custom Computers, products and services can be subject to shipping fees along with tax during checkout. No hidden fees, only what is presented on the invoice/document is due.

Upgrade Deposits

If you decided to deposit money for future upgrades and want to withdraw, AWM is required to return the exact amount deposited if it was not already spent before the customer’s withdraw request or the customer was aware that the funds were used for their upgrade purchase before the customer’s withdraw request.

Privacy Policy

To keep track of orders and customers, name, phone number, email and billing/shipping address is required before or at time of purchasing a product or service to have them labeled to the correct person and location. Billing credentials are submitted to secure and verified online payment methods such as Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal or your own physical credit/debit card.
